On September 30, 2014, the Company signed the Cooperation Agreement No. 265, with PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk and PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (the ”Agreement”), before Jimmy Tanal, SH, MKn, Notary in South Jakarta. The Agreement stipulates that the Company will own 875 shares with the total value of Rp218.750.000in PT Nusa Prima Logistik (”NPL”) or equivalent to 17,5% of the NPL’s total paid up capital. Recently, NPL has already signed the Memorandum of Understanding with PT Terminal Teluk Lamong,in which it is stipulated that NPL will develop the facility and operational system of dry bulk transfer warehouse, equipped with several supporting facility, which will be located at Teluk Lamong Dry Bulk Terminal, Surabaya, East Java. The objective of the Transaction is to create the effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery service of the Company’s raw material for poultry feed to and/or from Teluk Lamong Dry Bulk Terminal, Surabaya, East Java.
