In every production facility, the Company sets the standard operational procedures to be implemented by every employee. The Company also posted signs reminding employees to obey the rules, so that accident levels will be very minimal. The Company also provides health allowances based on level, and has registered all employees for health ins urance and/or BPJS Kesehatan.

 

The Company conducts continuous training and development every year, such as internal and external management and technical training, in order to enhance the performance of employees. This is so that employees can consistently make an optimal contribution to the Company, especially in terms of quality.

 

The Company has a tool through which employees can file employment-related complaints or grievances. Employees can file their complaints against a specific party or parties to seek a resolution within five days or another agreed time frame. The specific parties have a chain of command from the immediate supervisor, the supervisor of the immediate supervisor, the Personnel Department and ultimately, the Division Head. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Company will apply the appropriate mechanism stipulated by the labor laws.
