Thai citizen. Born in Bangkok in 1953. Acquired his DVM from Harvard University, Cambridge, USA, in 2001.  Started his career in the Company in 1993 and appointed Director of the Company in 2003.

Vinai Rakphongphairoj, Vice President Director
US citizen. Born in Thailand in 1956.  Obtained his PhD degree from the University of Southern California, USA, in 1987. Started his career in the Company in 1987 and appointed Vice President Director of the Company in 2003.

Ong Mei Sian, Director
Indonesian citizen, born in Denpasar in 1962. Graduated from Business Administration Parahyangan University, Bandung and started her career in the Company in 1993 and appointed Director of the Company in 2008.

Suparman Sastrodimedjo, Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, born in Talaga in 1946. Graduated from National Military Academy in 1967 and served in the Indonesian National Armed Forces during 1968 until 2000 with the last rank as Major General TNI (Retired) and the last position as Territory Assistant at TNI Headquarter and Inspectorate General at Agriculture Department of Indonesia. Appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company in 2010.
